Blair Aldworth
Board Chair, Executive Committee Chair
Blair Aldworth, Retired Special Education teacher, Chino Valley. Mrs. Aldworth brings 38 years of teaching special education to Crossroads. She worked with students with learning disabilities, ADHD, and Autism. Mrs. Aldworth also serves as a Board member and on the finance committee with Anthesis (formerly called the Pomona Valley Workshop). Anthesis is non-profit organization that helps people with disabilities to live and work to their fullest potential. For the last two years, Ms. Aldworth has served as Vice Chair of the Crossroads Board of Directors. Mrs. Aldworth says, “I’ve learned that all people have special gifts to offer the world”. She loves to travel with her husband Chris and is looking forward to new adventures now that he has recently retired. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and gardening.
Lydia Ganac
Board Vice Chair
Lydia Ganac, Chief Financial Officer, The Workforce Companies (Workforce Solutions, Superior Personnel, Atlas Employment Group), Ontario, CA. Mrs. Ganac oversees all financial operations including accounting, strategic planning, and human resource administration functions. From 2001 to 2016, Mrs. Ganac was Director of Operations at Southland Data Processing. Mrs. Ganac is currently a member of the following organizations: American Payroll Association, the Inland Empire Chapter of the American Payroll Association, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the American Management Association. Mrs. Ganac brings years of expertise to the Treasurer position of the Crossroads Board.
Mary Eme
Board Secretary, Philanthropy Committee Chair
Mary Eme, ABA Paralegal Specialist, BA in Communications. Mrs. Eme recently relocated to Claremont from Indiana. From 2012-2018 she served as the Volunteer and Special Programs Coordinator at St. Vincent de Paul. She oversaw the St. Vincent de Paul Leadership Program for high school seniors where students learned all aspects of the organization’s mission to the poor. Mrs. Eme also developed and organized person-to-person fundraising for their largest fundraiser. She created the Hunger Bowl which was a competition between local High Schools for food donations. Mrs. Eme volunteered with the Junior League of South Bend and chaired the thrift shop, cookbook, and training committees. She also served on the Board of Directors of the UHS Hearing and Speech Center.
David Likens
BOARD Treasurer, Finance Committee Chair
J. David Likens, Esq. is currently the Executive Director of Recovery Village Ridgefield and is a Partner in the law firm of Jeong & Likens, L.C. David brings over 20 years of experience in managing and developing recovery treatment programs. David has a diverse educational background which includes studies in addiction counseling, business, social work, and law. Additionally, David taught for many years in the Addiction Studies Department at Mount San Antonio College and has sat on numerous boards.
Pia Gupta
Board Member
Pia Gupta, PhD. Ms. Gupta is Chair and Associate Professor of the Finance Department at California State University, Long Beach. In addition to teaching, she publishes about corporate finance and investments. Professor Gupta also gives presentations nationally and internationally. She is also passionate about traveling and enjoys hiking, cooking and reading. Professor Gupta attended our last fundraiser breakfast and became very interested in the mission of Crossroads. Professor Gupta joined the Crossroads Board in July 2020.
Anita Jain
Board Member
Anita Jain, Ph.D. Professor of Ethnic and Women’s Studies at CalPoly Pomona. Professor Jain’s interests include the feminine experience, queer theory, diasporic trauma, and migration. Professor Jain is interested in justice work around issues of incarceration. In 1012, Professor Jain received an Outstanding Advisor award at CalPoly Pomona. Professor Jain’s volunteer work includes working with the National Conference for Community and Justice, a human relations organization that promotes inclusion and acceptance by providing education and advocacy while building communities that are respectful and just for all and with the Community Learning Network.
Leeann Nabors
Board Member
Leeann Nabors has over 9 years of experience as office manager at the Clinebell Institute at the Claremont School of Theology. She also serves as the Administrative Coordinator for the Claremont Colleges for the Office of Consortia Academic Collaborative, facilitating the Justice Education and Data Science Initiatives. Ms. Nabors is a New Resources student at Pitzer College. She has a strong commitment to under-served and marginalized groups. Ms. Nabors joined the Crossroads Board in July 2020.
Sean Harrison
Board Member
Sean Harrison, BA. Branch Marketing Manager at Cornerstone Home Lending located in Upland. Mr. Harrison graduated from the University of California, Riverside and brings an expertise of social media to Crossroads. At Cornerstone Home Lending, Mr. Harrison serves as the Marketing Manager where is oversees all social media aspects of the company. Mr. Harrison specializes in website and mobile app development. He continues to look forward to being involved in increasing the publicity of Crossroads on the website and on Facebook.
Erin Easterday
Board Member
Erin Easterday, Contracts Manager at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center. Erin was approached about joining this board and after speaking with Sr. Terry, she realized they both have a lot in common. She loves how Crossroads assists women navigating the world right out of prison. In her words, "everyone who wants it deserves a second chance." She enjoys time with her children, reading, travelling and sports.
Kenneth Wu
Board Member
Ken Wu, SVP of Business & Legal Afairs at Anonymous Content/Entertainment. Ken always wanted to be involved with a movement that is impactful in the local community. He said he was moved by Sr. Terry's passion and mission. He enjoys travel and music. Ken says he is happy to be involved.
